Vivek Appadurai

Vivek Appadurai, Capital Region of Denmark Psychiatric Services, has been awarded a postdoc research grant from Lundbeck Foundation worth DKK 2,399,528.

His project deals with genetic risk factors and societal costs associated with psychiatric disorders. With the help of registry studies, Vivek Appadurai will examine, among other things, the extent to which early diagnosis of psychiatric disorders has beneficial effects from a societal point of view.
