Do we behave decently?

Go to the Lundbeck Foundation Whistleblower Scheme

It is the Lundbeck Foundation’s ambition to be transparent and accountable in everything we do. We also wish to promote a culture based on dialogue. Everyone must feel free to speak out and, to remove any obstacles to this, we have established a whistleblower scheme.

A whistleblower scheme provides employees and partners with a safe and anonymous platform for airing their suspicions of irregularities or unlawful practices at the Lundbeck Foundation or in connection with activities related to the Foundation, for example in connection with our grants.

The whistleblower scheme is solely intended for reporting serious circumstances or suspicion thereof. This includes violations of laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines. Less serious circumstances, such as dissatisfaction with salary and rejection of grant applications, cannot be reported via the whistleblower scheme.
