Current research interests
My research has long been focusing on the clinical and imaging aspects of stroke disorders. Our studies are particularly dedicated to the analysis of the natural history and clinical heterogeneity of common and hereditary cerebral small vessel diseases. In this context, we explore the clinical and predictive value of different imaging markers, particularly in Mendelian adult forms of these disorders. In CADASIL, the most frequent of such condition, we currently develop innovative clinical tools and imaging biomarkers that may help to develop future therapeutic solutions.
