Do we behave decently?
It is Lundbeckfonden’s ambition to be transparent and accountable in everything we do. We also wish to promote a culture based on dialogue. Everyone must feel free to speak out and, to remove any obstacles, we set up a whistleblower scheme in 2013 when schemes of this kind became mandatory for financial companies in Denmark and the EU.
A whistleblower scheme provides employees and partners with a safe and anonymous platform for airing their suspicions of serious irregularities or unlawful practices at Lundbeckfonden or in connection with activities related to the foundation.
